- The 3 important factors when reading outside of your expertise or industry.
Featured Beverage
For this episode, Sean is enjoying a Shiner Day Quencher. This one is a new choice from the Shiner mixed sixer variety. It’s has a light amber color and a touch of citrus hops in the nose; low bitterness. Finishes crisp.
I’m having the Turbo Dog dark brown ale from Abita Brewing Co. It’s a super dark ale (looks like a porter) brewed with pale, caramel, and chocolate malts and Willamette hops. It has a roasted coffee and a light chocolate flavor that’s not too sweet. I rank this as one of my favorite brown ales and will definitely have a place on our recommended page.
Enjoy the episode… and cheers!
