On this episode, Barna Donovan, Ph.D. joins us to discuss “UFOs, Psyops, and Persuasion”. UFOs, Barna is a professor of communication and media studies at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey. He teaches a course on the history of the intersection between conspiracy theories and popular culture, especially the long connection between Hollywood and UFO beliefs.
He is also the author of Conspiracy Films: A Tour of Dark Places in the American Conscious, in which he emphasizes the long, intertwined history of filmmakers, UFOs, believers, skeptics, and government intelligence agencies.
