On this episode, Sean and I will be paying tribute to Dan Kenndy, a man who influenced more small businesses owners, copywriters and marketing coaches/consultants than any person who has ever lived. This past week Dan passed away, and we were shocked to learn the news.
As two guys who were avid readers of Dan’s books, newsletters, and info products we’ll be sharing his influence on our careers in the world of sales and marketing. Three of my all-time favorite DK books were the No B.S Sales Success, The Ultimate Sales Letter and My Unfinished Business, an autobiography of his life. Sean will be sharing the influence Dan’s work had on him in his early days as a copywriter. We’ll be discussing these along with some powerful takeaway lessons from his legacy.

We’ll be saluting Dan’s legacy with a couple of great brews today. Sean is breaking out a show favorite – the KBS Bourbon Barrel Stout.
I’ll be paying tribute with a new one – the AndyGator from Abita Brewing. It’s a unique, high-gravity brew made with pilsner malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Alcohol strength is 8% by volume and is said to go well with any food that is fried!
It pours up a clear golden color with a has a sweet fresh bread smell. Taste is malty, sweet, with a nice balance.
