This week we welcome Joe Uscinski on the show to discuss why people buy into conspiracy theories. Joe is an associate professor of political science at the University of Miami.

He studies public opinion and mass media with a focus on conspiracy theories, misinformation, and disinformation.

He’s also the co-author of American Conspiracy Theories and editor of Conspiracy Theories and the People Who Believe Them.

On today’s show, I’ll be enjoying an Innis and Gunn Irish Whiskey Barrel Aged Stout. This Scotland- English Stout with 7.4% ABV is aged in triple distilled Irish whiskey barrels creating a rich, flavor-packed beer.

It features dark chocolate and coffee flavors, honey and spice whiskey notes. This one is excellent and gets a 5-star rating.
